For those users who just want to share between two computers at home, consider SugarSync. This is a program that automatically syncronizes folders among multiple devices. When you configure it, you just check each folder that you want sync'd across computers and it will do that. It also has a "magic briefcase" folder (I keep this one on my desktop) which automatically sync's across devices.
What this WILL NOT do for you is enable you to actually read the files if you are using a non-Windows device, because in that case you need a new Android or Mac-based software. But if your plan is just to check on things from your phone, you could print your reports to pdfs and then sync them.
