In order to post your question on this new forum, you must first "Register". This is free, and simply involves you creating a new username and password for yourself. To register, just click on the "Register" link along the top of any forum page. Completing the registration process requires email activation. After you complete the registration form, you will immediately be sent an e-mail. Just click on the link in this e-mail to activate your registration. You can then login using the username/password you created. Once you are logged in, go into any of the forums, and click on "New Topic" to ask your question.
