Term deposit recording

Hi alan,
Buying cash (or equivalent) should be done at a price of 1, where the shares equal the value. For example, if you deposit $1,000 into cash, this is a buy of $1,000 for 1,000 shares at a price of $1. All closing prices and all transactions stay fixed at $1. Bonds are different. The transaction/closing prices should be at a percentage of par, near 100. For details on recording bond transactions, see this: http://fundmanagersoftware.com/help/bond_tips.html
Hello,
The best way is to invest it as a bond with interest payment at maturity. Regards,
