Getting message "Illegal License in use, exiting ...

I got a new laptop and installed version 10.9 on the laptop. I provided the license information and Fund Manager accepted it. I opened a portfolio and updated the investments. After updating the investments I got the message "Illegal license in use, exiting ..."
My serial number is 98565
Can you please let me know why I face this issue?
