Transfer to new Laptop

My old XP system finally died. I've got my data files backed up. Can I just download the current version and use my old license key or is there some other way to transfer the license to my new laptop?

You are licensed for the current 2014 versions, so just download/install that on your new PC, and enter your license under "Help / Enter License Key...".
