I upgraded to Windows 10. I can not autosave my portfolio upon exit. Message is "Access is Denied..." ; then "Autosave failed..."
I have read previous discussions on the Access is Denied topic on this forum and have used the File Operations location assignment successfully, etc. The only way I can save files is to start the FM program using Start as Administrator... Funny thing is that I am the Administrator. I also checked the file properties for all files in my Users/Owner/Fund Manager folder and they are all set for full access... What's wrong?
Another quick... I have the program installed on my Desktop and my Laptop. The Desktop is fine... It was updated the same way as the Laptop... The difference is the Desktop has a different name for the User folders. I did a restore of the Desktop file and stored the new portfolio to the correct folder on the Laptop... Still get the Access denied message... Help.. Bob
