HI the control F2 is not active greyed out Also on exit the mobile data is not being updated

Hi alan,

Did you set up your account okay? Go to "Options / Mobile/Web Access / Account Settings..." and make sure you enter a username and password and then press OK. Make sure you do this while you are in the portfolio file that you want to upload.

HI account set up fine first upload perfect now does not work Option greyed out onmenu
auto uploads and close upload no longer work am using windows 10

Hi alpappy,

What happens if you go to "Options / Mobile/Web Access / Account Settings..." and make sure your username/password are entered, and then press OK. What message do you get after pressing OK?

HI yes worked that time looged in and asked to update all good now

Would think it is Ok to upgrade fully to the beta now ..else when will you release it as an alpha

Hi Alan,

Glad it is working.

You can't buy the 2016 license yet, but I expect the official release to happen in the very near future, and then you will be able to. Until then you can just use the Beta 2016 version.
