Error Message sayes:
"Transaction module is not digitally signed. Please reinstall Fund Manager."
I don't really want to reinstall FM to correct this.

Hi DaveA,
It sounds like you are using Fund Manager 2014. You will need to download/install the 2014.13.8 version, or upgrade to 2016. Please see: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3812 for more information on this update. You can just install 2014.13.8 right over your current 2014.13.7 version. You will not lose any data. Do not uninstall your current version first. If you have some other concern about reinstalling please let me know.
FYI...
I just downloaded/installed 2014.13.8, and Symantec Endpoint Protection reports/logs the executable as a risk because they haven't seen enough use among their user community (see http://securityresponse.symantec.com/se ... 4294919973). In case you aren't aware of it, Symantec says they have a procedure for developers to speed up recognition of a new executable as a "safe" program. See https://submit.symantec.com/whitelist/
Hi fmuser,
Thanks for sharing that. We actually do usually submit our new releases to Symantec for whitelist request, but forgot to do it for this unique release (2014.13.. I've just now submitted it with them. It usually takes a day or so to hear back. Hopefully this will clear this warning up. Appreciate you pointing this out.
I just tried to do my monthly transaction and pricing updates and got the same 'Transaction module is not digitally signed. Please re-install Fund Manager' error. I have been doing the updates as they come out as I generally do my transactions/pricing updates each month for the past 12 months or so. Do I really need to re-install? Would that be an older version than what I am using:
'Currently using Quote Module version 493, latest available is 493. Currently using Transaction Retrieve Module version 217, latest available is 217.Currently using Quote Module version 493, latest available is 493.'
Hi dkuntzel,
Did you see this post: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3812 If so, and you're still having problems, please let me know what version of Fund Manager you're using.
I don't understand how all of a sudden I have the old version when I have been doing updates each month as they come out. I tried to do the update and now I am getting different errors so please send me some email or something so that I can do the update as I can't find any emails related to the last update that I bought. My versions is 14.13.6. My email is dkuntzel@gmail.com.
Hi dkuntzel,
What do you mean by "old version"? What version of Fund Manager do you have installed? We came out with an update to the main program, so you would need to download/install that. I've just emailed you your license, along with a download link to your version. The latest version for the 2014 series is 2014.13.8, and was just released a couple weeks ago. To get it, you need to go to the link I sent in the email I just sent you. The link is also in the announcement about this new version: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3812 I would suggest editing your last post, and deleting your email address. Posting your email address publicly can result in an increase in spam you receive.
