Hitting backspace key kills user interface

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi,

I just found some weird behaviour with the program (v 9.3):

If I hit backspace the program's main window disappears as if I had quit the software. The FM.exe process is still running according to Task Manager, but it has to be ended manually, in order not to have two instances of the program running after a relaunch.

Best,

Hi Christian,

Backspace is "Ctrl + H", which is the command shortcut for "File / Hide to Tray" in Fund Manager. You should see a FM icon down in your task tray. Click on this icon to restore (un-hide) Fund Manager.
Thanks,
Mark

OK. That explains it! The tray icon did for some reason not become visibile (or was only briefly visible) when I did this the first couple of times.
