Yield for Currently Held Shares

Is there a way to have FM report average annualized ROI - as in, for example, the yield display along the top of FM graphs - for only currently held shares in an investment?

Apologies if the solution is obvious or has been discussed already ... in advance.

Sorry, no. The ROI yield factors in all shares/transactions in an investment over the yield term requested. You could look at these Custom report fields for similar information:

%Gain (current)
Gain (current)

These gain based figures are not ROI, but they give you an idea of performance on only the currently owned shares as of any ending report date you want.
