Shading in Portfolio Editor

When the Portfolio Editor is on the screen and I select an investment on the right side of the screen, the light gray shading of the sub-portfolio folder on the left is difficult to discern. Any tips to make the light gray shading more visible?

If the sub-portfolio is selected, the investment shading is difficult to see also.

A choice of color or shading intensity or even underline font would be very useful.

Hi MartyP,

Most of the colors come from your Windows color scheme. You can adjust those through the Windows Control Panel. There are certain colors you can adjust in Fund Manager, like the alternate line shading color. See "Options / General Preferences... / Portfolio Editor Display".

I'm no expert in Windows 10 but I've never seen a setting for text shading. Oh well. <sigh>

Hi Marty,

It doesn't seem that easy to customize a particular item, like text shading, but if you go to:

Control Panel / Appearance and Personalization

you can pick different "Themes", and there is some "High Contrast" options you can adjust.
