Same Stock held in Different Accounts

Hi,

Is there a preferred way of dealing with a stock which is held in 2 lots in different accounts? Is it best to just change the default naming for the .dat file? - So in one account my stock - with the ticker NRR.L would have a default .dat file named NRRL.dat - then when creating the investment in the other account I'd rename the default .dat file to say, NRRL-2.dat.
