"Could not load INTENG9X.DLL"???

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Postby JHC3 » Sun Mar 29, 2009 1:43 pm

Hi,
I just opened Fund Manager - as usual, no other changes to my system that I'm aware of - and I get box that says the following:

"Could not load INTENG9X.DLL. Make sure it is located in the same directory as the fm.exe executabe"

What does this mean - and how do I fix it?

Thanks,

John

Hi John,

This is the quote module, which is used for updating prices off the internet. Yours is missing for some reason. One possible reason is that you attempted to update it, but it failed. Please make sure you are using version 9.5. You can check under "Help / About...". If you don't have 9.5, download/install it from our website. After you have 9.5 running, go to "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." and allow it to grab any available updates.
Thanks,
Mark
