Can you tell me if I can only use Primo PDF if I use the statement service or will any PDF printer work? (I use Cute PDF in general).

Can I set FM to not upload client holdings and just use the portal for quarterly statements?

Hi paulk,

Yes, you can only upload statements, and not upload holdings. Holdings/statements are separate, but under their same account. If you ever upload holdings those will be shown until you upload new holdings, so if you don't want to display holdings at all, don't ever upload those. If necessary, you can delete the account, and re-create it, which will erase any uploaded holdings.
