Foreign Tax / Negative Values

I just switched computers and although I may be wrong I swear that I use to enter Foreign Tax Withheld (& ROC Distributions) as a negative number and it would show up as $- XX.XX in red in the Data Register. It now shows up as $ - XX.XX in black.
I go to Options > General Preferences > Date Register Display to make sure negative values are RED, and they show up RED. But when I check "Display Price/Value Fields with Currency " it defaults back to black text.

Am I mis-remembering or is there some other setting am missing?

Interesting, i see this same bug. When the option "Display Price/Value Fields with Currency" is checked, everything is displaying with the positive color. We'll get this fixed.
