How do I move a sub-portfolio to a new higher-level portfolio?

Yes, this is correct. Select the parent of what you want to move on the left, so you see the item to move on the right side list. Drag the item from the right onto the sub-portfolio on the left where you would like it located. For much more on this, see our Sub-Portfolio Tutorial.

OK. Got it. I was trying to drag and drop from within the left-most window.
