Incompatible files

I'm not sure what has happened today but I keep getting message that my backup files were created with an earlier version of FM. I have tried installing the latest and the last two versions of the program but run into same problem - files created with earlier version. I have all files backed up on my computer and online. What should I do to get my portfolio running again?

Hi John,

What is the exact error message? If a file was created with an earlier version, the later version can open it. It is maybe saying it was created with a later version instead? What version of Fund Manager are you using?

Still not sure what happened but I have been able to get things restored by re-importing my backup files from the cloud to original locations and then restoring my portfolio.
