Crowdfunding

I have a portfolio of crowdfunding loans with Funding Partner in Norway. Each loan lasts somewhere around 6 months to a year. Does anyone have suggestions for the simplest way to track this without creating a new investment for each loan? I am basically just interested in how much goes into he Funding Partner account, and how comes out.
