Hello,
I see this too. The Etrade OFX server is not returning any data when Fund Manager makes a request. You can see what Etrade's server is returning at "Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)...". Accessing Etrade's OFX server from a web browser results in a 500 Internal Server Error being reported. It seems something has changed/broken with Etrade's OFX server. If anyone has a contact with Etrade that would be willing to talk with us, that would be helpful. Hopefully it is something on Etrade's end that they will be fixing soon. Does anyone also use Quicken to retrieve their Etrade accounts? I'm curious if that is still working. 4Profits: The update on 11/10/23 was for the quote module (and only for FM 2024), so shouldn't have any impact on the transaction retrieve functionality. I believe this is an unfortunate coincidence in timing.
