When I use FILE > BACKUP to create an ad hoc backup, is there any limit to the number of backup files? Or do they just sit there on my hard drive until I go and delete some (my preference)?
Thanks.

Hi JeanneMarie,
There are no limits to how many backups you can create with "File / Backup...". As you said, they would just sit there until you delete them. On the "automatic" backup you can set the number of backups to keep, and the oldest one is overwritten when you reach this limit. See "Options / General Preferences... / Data".
