We support 4 different Wells Fargo related OFX servers. They are all listed here:

Those are the only 4 OFX servers offered by Wells Fargo that we are aware of. The URL you sent is to a web server, which is different than an OFX server. You might check with your Wells Fargo support and ask them for instructions on retrieving transactions into programs like Quicken or MS Money. Whatever instructions they provide would be similar for Fund Manager. Please also read this FAQ about supporting other OFX servers:
