Upgrade problems

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I wrote in earlier to complain that I was unable to run the upgrade. However, when I "ran it as administrator", all the problems disappeared and it is now up and running.

This may have been caused by Vista since it tends to be very protective!

Hi johnreid,

Glad you got it working. You should not need to run Fund Manager itself as administrator. You do need to run the setup program when installing Fund Manager, as administrator, but this should happen automatically.
Thanks,
Mark
