Error during prices internet retrieve

Hi, for the first time today, I have trouble in receiving the update prices from Internet ( mainly Yahoo server) , the process is low, and I have a lot of error messages : wininet 12031 or WSAE 12031.

I checked my connection to internet and the program settings, I didn't find any change to yesterday. For 2 month now I always updated prices daily without problem. Is it my configuration or an internet issue ?

Hi giovanni,

I just checked the Yahoo servers from here, and they seem to be working okay. Are you able to retrieve from any quote server? You can try just retrieving for one investment at a time, so you can figure out if the problem is specific to a certain quote server, or all servers. If it is all servers this usually indicates it is something with your internet connection, or a firewall setting preventing FM from accessing the internet.
