Hello canaacap1,

Are you trying to import your data from MS Money? If so, the general steps are to first export from MS Money to a QIF formatted file. Once you have a QIF file, import this into Fund Manager with "File / Import / Transactions / Quicken (*.QIF)...". If you're running into any specific problems, or need more help, please let me know where you're getting stuck.
