Retrieve Yahoo Historical Quotes (DWCPF, S Fund)

I am having trouble retrieving historical prices from the Yahoo server for stock market indexes. In particular for DWCPF (Dow Jones Total Stock Market Completion Index). DWCPF is the target index for the widely held U.S. Government Thrift Savings Plan, S Fund, which covers smaller U.S. stocks. DWCPF is a market capitalization weighted index for the total U.S. stock market less the S&P 500 (Similar to the Whilshire 4500, which I also cannot retrieve).

DWCPF historical prices are listed on the Yahoo Finance website, similarly to historical stock prices. However, when I change FM "Investment Properties" to use "Yahoo Historical", FM gives the error message, "Could not update any investments". The index is listed as ^DWCPF in Yahoo, but Yahoo only has the current price and not historical prices.

Any help resolving this issue is greatly appreciated as I would like to maintain an historical graph of DWCPF in FM in order to make investment decisions for the S Fund, which is not listed in any FM price servers.

Sorry -- I meant to say Yahoo, not Google. I could not retrieve Yahoo historical quotes that are visible on their website. Bloomberg works.

If you look on Yahoo with your web browser, they don't have a quote for DWCPF, but they do have ^DWCPF. They only list a current quote for ^DWCPF, but no historical prices.
