Invalid Keys

For some reason, I have been asked to provide again my license key and serial number, and of course my name. I keep being told that my keys are incorrect, yet these are the keys that you sent me a few weeks ago.

If you wish, under separate e-mail, I will send you the information I have and you could make the necessary corrections.
