Download Error

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I have not had any trouble downloading from JP Morgan and all of a sudden I am getting this error:

"General Error

Caught Exception in invoke()java.lang.ArrayIndexOutofBoundsException"

Any ideas?

Hello Tnblade,

This sounds like an error on the broker's OFX server. Are you still having this error now? Are you using transaction module 174? See "Help / About...". Are you using "J.P. Morgan Securities"?

I'm not sure how I fixed it. The only thing I noticed was that maybe I had highlighted an individual fund within the portfolio instead of highlighting the entire portfolio.

I just tried it again and it worked, so I guess everything is ok now.

Glad it is working now. This sounds like there was a temporary problem on the broker's OFX server.
