Could you let me know what IP address your system is using for Yahoo? I'd like to reproduce the problem here, and possibly report the issue to Yahoo. To do this, open up a CMD window, and type:

ping download.finance.yahoo.com

It should show a reply from a certain IP address. Can you let me know what that IP address is?
