I have a retirement portfolio which consists of four sub portfolios (work, roth me, roth wife, sep). For the sake of asset allocation, I view this as one portfolio. I have identical funds in both roth's. For reports, I want to combine the funds in the different portfolios (if they are identical) to see what %, total, etc. they consist of my retirement portfolio.
For example, assume I have 5% of SCHB in one roth and 5% of SCHB in another roth, then Id like the report to list I have 10% SCHB, not 2x5% SCHB. I realize I can "sub-total by investment type", but it is not a clean way to do this... producing a lot of verbiage I need to ignore.
Can I do this? Every report I generate insists of listing two cash accounts, and two sets of funds which are identical (mine and my wife's roth).
Thanks,
- Henrik
