Schwab Sign on

Hi Mark,

I setup an existing account with Schwab in FM for the first time today. When FM goes to retrieve the positions, it tells me that Sign on failed. I've double and triple checked by userd, password, and account number. Any ideas? I just upgraded to 10.9.

Hi Randy,

When using Schwab's OFX server they only want you to enter your first 8 characters of your password. I'm guessing your password is longer than 8 characters. Try entering just the first 8. We have a "tips" page on this here:
