Prices will not update in Sub-Portfolios

Hi,

Please i have several sub-portfolios. The problem i experience is that the price of a stock present in more than one portfolio updates in a portfolio and does not in another. The stock ticker is however the same. Please help.

Hi Segunmichael,

What command are you using to update prices? If you are using the 'PRC' button on the toolbar, or "Edit / Internet Retrieve / Update Prices" these will update all open investments according to their update settings. If something is not updating, verify the internet retrieve settings for that investment. See "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve", and also verify the symbol. To see the recorded prices use the Data Register with the "Prices" data type selected.

Thanks a lot. I guess that must have been the issue. The internet retrieve settings for those investments not updating were not activated. Thanks.
