A few Questions

Hi All,
I was given the task of picking out a portfolio managing software by my brother. I'm not exactly sure how to ask this question, but here goes: I would like to know if this software will track the performance of mutual funds and take into consideration capital gains and if you reinvested dividends or not.

Thanks for considering Fund Manager.

Yes, Fund Manager will do this. You record the distributions paid by your funds (capital gains, dividends, etc), and these will be factored into the performance figures reported. You also choose whether or not the distribution is reinvested, and this also factors into the calculated performance. The performance figure ROI (Return On Investment) is a time and money weighted yield.
