Can't add new investment

Why is New Investment grayed out, can't add new investment?

Hi moonlighter,

You may have reached the investment limit for your version. The Personal version is limited to 500, and the Professional is limited to 5,000. If you right mouse click on your top level sub-portfolio and look at the "Properties..." it will show you how many investments that sub-portfolio contains. See the "Statistics" section.

Right. I may need to upgrade to FM Pro. Although I noticed if I close an investment (that had been acquired anyway) it gets me back under the limit. Thanks.
