Can't connect to Prudential Retirement

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hello,

I've recently started using Fund Manager to keep track of my investments. However, I seem to be unable to connect to my Prudential Retirement account.

Using the new portfolio setup wizard I:
1. Use the account number as per the instructions (i.e. ######X######X#### being account number, X, subplan number, X, last four digits of my social).
2. Enable online transaction/position retrieval
3. Enter my user ID and password that I use to log on to prudential retirement
4. Select retrieve transactions and positions
5. Upon trying to connect I get the following error: "Error in Investment Statement Transaction Response", followed by "Account not found".

I've tried this multiple times, I'm sure my account number and password are both correct. Additionally, this setup is similar to Quicken which does work. Can anyone please help me out?
Niels

Hi Niels,

This is the same error returned from this server when the username/password are incorrect. I would suggest double checking those. Also, I will email you an updated version of the transaction module to test if you'd like.
Thanks,
Mark
