No Investments were set to receive prices

What does this mean? I am unable to download prices and the above comes up as an explanation>

Hi Johnreid,

It means you requested to retrieve prices, but only for investments that were not set to retrieve prices. See "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve / Retrieve Price". If that option is off for an investment, it will not retrieve a price, even if you choose to retrieve prices for that selected investment.
