New job with new company. 401k is handled by Voya. Attempting to pull data into fund manager -- Contacted their support and they said for Quicken users they user their website userid (with @ecap appended, i.e., xyz123 becomes xyz123@ecap) and to use website password with ssn for account number. Is anyone able to connect and pull information from voya? Using the "Voya Institutional Plan Services" as the manager.

What happens when you try this? Do you get some error message?

Hi Mark,

There are three dialog boxes that come up.
1) "Error in Investment Statement Transaction Response"
2) "Account not Found"
3) Four lines in this box: "Failed to retrieve portfolio.
Broker: Voya Institutional Plan Services
Account Number: [my account number]
User ID: [myuserid]"

Do you want me to provide any of the logs?

Hi Sean,

Can you send me the log file from "Help / Logs / Transaction Retrieve (Raw)...". Please send it after you retrieve just this one account. Please also send me 2 cases, one where you've entered all your correct information, and one where you purposely enter the wrong username/password details. I'll send you an email, so you can reply to that with the log files.
