Autofill or genereta bond income

Hi, is there a way to auto-fill or auto-generate interest income on the data register for a bond based on its schedule. Cheers-

Hello pepo,

You can't automatically record transactions, but if you fill in the bond's info at "Investment Properties... / Income" you can plot or report on future payments in the Income Schedule graph/report.

Thanks, I am aware of that tool. However is it possible to copy/paste or suggestion to transfer those directly onto the register without a manual input? 100 of bonds and lots of history and futures becomes a struggle.

Hi pepo,

It is best if you can retrieve your transactions from the broker, or import them from a downloaded file. If you can't do this, you could export the Income Schedule report to a CSV file, and then with some massaging you could import it back in with the Generic transaction import.
