PORTABLE MODE - installation issues version 2020.16.12

Dear Mark,

I have tried downloading the versions 2020.16.12 onto a portable device. I am unable however to save/install and run the program from that portable device. The installation program does not give me the option to chose my portable device as destination folder and as such even having the portable mode switched on my Fund Manager has been downloaded onto the local disk.

Please advise.

Hi Maneesha,

When you plug your portable device into your PC, does it show up as a drive? If so, then when you install you can direct the installation program to install to this drive. You can choose the "Browse..." button and select any drive/location available on your PC. If it is not being recognized as a drive when you plug it into your PC, then there is some other issue with the device and your PC.
