Problem downloading from Goldman Sachs

Goldman Sachs download no longer works. I believe they have changed their servers for Goldman Sachs Private Wealth accounts and you need to add/change you transaction module. I have attached the error message. Please advise.

Thanks for pointing this out. We've just released an update for this: Version 260 of the transaction retrieve module is now available. Use "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." to download the update from within Fund Manager 2022 or 2020. Please let me know if this doesn't resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, the fix didn't work. I call Goldman and they said they're no longer supporting the direct connect OFX service for security reasons. Is that what you were using? If so, you'll probably need to contact them to discuss an alternative. Please advise. Thanks!

Interesting, okay. Yes, we’re using their OFX server. Quicken is as well, and they still show this as an available broker too. It can be challenging for us to get help. If you, as their customer, ask for a contact person, or someone to contact us that might help get the ball rolling. If they’re not supporting OFX anymore hopefully they have some alternative. The only alternative I’m aware of is FDX.
