If you are looking at the Custom report field:
Dividend yield (between)
That is defined as:
The annualized dividend yield earned for the date range of the report. Distributions (distributed and reinvested) between the beginning and ending (inclusive) report dates are included in the calculation. The value is a percentage.

So, if you record a 100 euro distribution for a date when you owned 50 shares, that is 2 euros/share. If your report date range is 1 quarter and the price of your investment is 75 euros/share, this would be:
2 euros/share / (0.25 years * 75 euros/share) = 10.7% annualized dividend yield
