Capital Gains Not Showing Unless All Lots Specified

The capital gains report is not showing gains/losses on investments where all lots have not been specified. So, even investments that have lots that have been specified are showing N.A. in the capital gains/losses column.

If you're using the "Specified Lots" accounting method you have to specify all the available lots before any can be reported. That is a requirement of using this accounting method.
