Scrolling in reports

Hi Mark,

On a report, when we use the vertical or horizontal scrollbar, it's only when the mouse button is released that the report is moved vertically or horizontally. This is not very handy when we have to browse long reports. It would be handier if the report could scroll "in real time" when the mouse button stays pressed on a scrollbar and we move it (as in the Portfolio Editor).
