Custom Report field

HI Mark, you may have answered this before, is there a way to display the investment properties income field in a custom report. As an example see the attached, is there a way to include these fields in a custom report. I currently use the 2018 Pro edition Thanks much

Hi divinest,

There is the "Income Style" field that will show you what type of income you're using for that investment (none, bond, dividend). If you're using bond income style, you can also get the "Coupon Rate" and "Maturity Date". There is no field that lists all of the dividend dates for the dividend style, but you can get the "Next income date" and "Next income value" for either bond/dividend cases.

Thanks Mark, that works, so appears the next income amount takes into account and multiplies the number of shares and div per share, so i should be able to create a custom formula to get the div per share then? or is there a different field that i can select for div per share.

There isn't a built-in field for next income/share, so you would have to write a user-defined field as you've described.
