Reports recalculated twice with Apply button

Hi Mark,

Very minor feedback:
1) A report opened with, for example, the Correlation column displayed
2) We want to change the Benchmark. So Right click > Report Preferences > Benchmark tab
3) Change the Benchmark Investment.
4) Clic Apply > The report is re-calculated
5) Clic Close > The report is re-calculated again
So two-recalculations. Only one would be sufficent (either at the Apply stage OR at the close stage)

(Same when changing one of the others fields of the Benchmark tab)

And three same recalculations if:

1) A report is opened
2) Right clic > Settings
3) Preferences Button
4) Benchmark tab, change a field, Apply button -> first recalculation
5) Close button (Report Preferences window) -> second recalculation
6) Done button (Report Settings window) -> third recalculation

Thanks. We'll get the Apply/Close issue fixed in the Report Preferences / Benchmark dialog. The Report Settings dialog always re-calculates a report when you press Done. It doesn't currently have the logic to know that if nothing was changed it doesn't need to re-calculate. This is a bit bigger change, so it is something we will hold off on for now.
