PDF Batch Printing of Reports

Is there a way when Batch Printing Reports for Multiple Clients to not have to click on the Save Tab after each individual Client Report is saved to the file location,? and instead just save each report automatically freeing up time to perform other tasks

It probably depends on the software you're using to print. I'm assuming you are printing to PDF files? Do you know what software you're using?

I am using the "Microsoft to PDF" as the choice. The only other selection would be Quicken PDF

I don't believe there is an option to have it automatically save with Microsoft to PDF.
