Where do you go to put in your values for fees on accts?

You would record this as an account fee type of distribution. The value would be negative. If this is a fee for your whole account, usually it is best to enter this in your cash account. In this case record it as a "Reinvested" type of distribution, where the value and shares are negative, and the price is 1.
