Just wondering why the "With-Distrib." column doe not show a sum like the others?

See External Cash Flow. The Contribution/Withdrawal/With-Dist fields do not simply sum at the sub-total level, as the definition of internal/external is specific to each report line.

For example, if you buy a stock with cash, that is a contribution at the stock level, a withdrawal at the cash level, and nothing at the sub-portfolio level. Notice, these 3 fields do not have sum lines shown (be default). The same concept applies if a stock pays a distribution that is deposited into cash in the sub-portfolio. There is no external cash flow to/from the portfolio.
