Distributions Graph?

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager graphs.

Postby Stefan » Wed Apr 12, 2023 7:41 am

Hello,
I have a portfolio of income producing stocks/ETFs/CEFs and I am reinvesting dividends. This will grow the total dividend of the portfolio over time. I would like to know if there is a way to plot the total dividend generated by the portfolio.
I could do it by copying all the data in the Cash investment and pasting it in Excel and processing it there, but that is very cumbersome and time consuming. All I need is a graph capability which would plot this data. Please advise,

Thank you,
Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Yes, you can see this in an "Income Schedule" graph. This graph can either plot "expected" or "actual" income. If you want to plot the dividends you've received over time, choose the "actual" option, and you can show it broken down between "dividends" and "interest". From within this graph, choose "Graphs / Options / Income Schedule Options...".
Thanks,
Mark
