Graph Symbol(s) for Reinvested Distributions

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager graphs.

Postby gwdavies » Wed Feb 17, 2021 4:27 pm

Many of my investments have monthly distributions reinvested. Some of the investment graphs show this type of transaction with a single circle, and some investment graphs show it with two concentric circles. I am trying to figure out why the symbols are different. All my Investment Properties appear to have been set up consistently, and all my Distribution Transactions appear to be populated the same way each time. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi gwdavies,

These are called markers and the small circle is the buy. The X would be the distribution, and if you have a larger circle (color green by default), this is an un-specified lot. This indicates lots that are still available to be sold, when you're using the Specified Lot accounting method. You can turn on/off any of the markers under "Options / Markers".
Thanks,
Mark
