Cost Basis

I use a Cost / Price graph a lot to get a quick look on my stocks. In the past I have not noticed this a lot but with a lot of recent selling I notice that my Cost basis goes negative a lot and I think this is due to selling out at the cost basis. In looking at my online accounts they are all FIFO sales.
IS there a trend for this or can I change my selling on my stocks to use a FIFO method.
I would like it to match what my online accounts sho0w which are not a negative cost basis.

Hi Jim,

The plotted cost is your OOP cost, which can differ from "tax" cost due to distributions. You can plot either "current" or "historical" OOP cost. If the cost is going negative this indicates you're plotting historical cost, and you've taken out more over the history than you've put in. You can toggle the current/historical mode at "Graphs / Options / Historical cost".
